The project emerged from a Creative Quest into patterns and is currently in production - on hold during the pandemic.

This Is What It Feels Like is a workshop/design/research series. Channel Twelve will facilitate collaborative design workshops between 12 people open to sharing their experience of living with disruptive mental health patterns, and 12 designers who work with pattern (across print, digital, textile etc).

< The aim is to create new visual languages that communicate the complexities of thought patterns in a way that words fail to. We see this as a longer term research project into how creativity & design can create solace & solutions for those struggling with mental health issues.
